Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Steven Paul Graham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Streamline Aluminium Guttering Limited on the 23rd day of November 2000 at 9.10 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 15th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
