Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that James William Sherwin and Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JBS Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Richard Burge at Level Six, Westfield Tower, 45 Knights Road, Lower Hutt, on telephone (04) 569 9069.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 11th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
