Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 23rd day of November 2000 at 11.02 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
