Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gaelic Investments Limited be liquidated and that Richard Walter Wingham, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 2000.
