Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Anaesthesia Services Taranaki Limited be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of November 2000 at 12.00 midday.
