Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 10th day of November 2000, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that JNT Mehcanical Limited be liquidated and that N. C. Ferguson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of November 2000.
