Notice of Appointment of New Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the Court on the 25th day of October 2000, David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, were appointed as joint and individual liquidators of the company (in place of the official assignee).
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidators.
