Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group Limited ("the company") resolved to appoint liquidators in respect of the company for the purposes of effecting a solvent liquidation of the company pursuant to a restructuring arrangement.
Notice is hereby given that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of the above-named company on the 16th day of November 2000 at 3.00 p.m.
Notice is also given that the persons who have not rendered invoices to the company, or whose claims may not have been notified to the company as at the date of appointment of liquidators, should render such invoices or make such claims on or before the 8th day of December 2000, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
