Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, R. G. D. Taylor, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Comshare Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of November 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to R. G. D. Taylor at 154 Tuam Street (P.O. Box 4037), Christchurch, on telephone (03) 365 7723.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 18th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
