Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 16th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Westland Friesians Limited be liquidated and that Pita Shand Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
