On the 10th day of November 2000, it was resolved
by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to
section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Blackstone Holdings Limited be liquidated and that
Stuart D. Robertson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of November 2000.
