On the 10th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Ava Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn M. Downey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of November 2000 at 4.00 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice is hereby given that as the liquidator of Ava Holdings Limited, I hereby fix the 20th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
