Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 9th day of November 2000 at 10.22 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
