Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 7th day of November 2000 at 12.09 p.m., by special resolution of the directors, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, East Bay Power Construction Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of November 2000.
