Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of November 2000 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Better Bake (2000) Limited
be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald along with Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of November 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
