Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C R Roberts Limited be liquidated and that Grahame Jeffory Woodd, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of November 2000 at 8.10 p.m.
