Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named company on the 1st day of November 2000 at 8.20 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of W Stephens Transport Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 30th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
After this date, claims may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
