Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is given that the liquidation of the above-named company began on the 28th day of October 2000 at 12.35 p.m., following a special resolution of shareholders which appointed Jane Laking and Ian Oliver Caddis to be the joint and several liquidators of the company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
