Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 3rd day of November 2000, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Melanie Adamson be appointed as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator Roseglade Holdings Limited (formerly Hamilton & Associates Limited)
(in liquidation), hereby fix the 1st day of December 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
