Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
James Bruce Alfred McAlister and Christopher Campbell Carswell, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of The Tracksuit Coy NZ Limited by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 31st day of October 2000 at 8.41 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice is given that as liquidators The Tracksuit Coy NZ Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 30th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
