Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 1st day of November 2000 at 12.00 midday, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to the solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Euan Boyd Lindsay Wilson, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
