Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 30th day of October 2000 by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Sprott Carriers Limited passed a special resolution to liquidate the company and appointed Mervyn George Stanley Earl, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 30th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Claim forms for creditors are available at the liquidator's office.
