Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Wayne Richard Johnson, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Tutukaka Hotel (2000) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of October 2000 at 10.30 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Wayne Richard Johnson at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland on telephone (09) 379 8410.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 24th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
