Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Design Network (Wellington) Limited by special resolution of the shareholders at 8.40 a.m. on the 27th day of October 2000.
Notice is also given that I hereby fix the 30th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
