Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 27th day of January 2000 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Orca Fibreglass Services Limited be liquidated and John Fokerd, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator fixes the 15th day of February 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
