On the 18th day of October 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wild Adventures Limited be liquidated and that Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
