Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett
and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Consolidated Freightlines Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2000.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
30th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
