Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot gives notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Stella Pacific Limited by a resolution of the shareholders on the 18th day of October 2000 with effect from 11.00 a.m.
