Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Kevin Williams, chartered accountant of Kevin Williams & Associates, was appointed liquidator of Waitukai Farm Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of September 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Kevin Williams, 303 Karamu Road North, Hastings, on telephone (06) 878 7077.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 17th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
