Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of October 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that McClay & Son Limited be liquidated and that Angela Mary Clark, accountant of Taupo, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2000.
