Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of October 2000 at 9.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hillandale Farms Limited be liquidated and that Murray James Dunn and John Francis Pak, chartered accountants of Hamilton,
be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The company has ceased trading and has no known creditors at the date of appointment of the joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2000.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 27th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The director has resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
