Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of an entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Ampro Enterprises Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Kenneth Charles Cook, of Ibbotson Cooney
& Co, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of October 2000 at 3.30 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor and shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator.
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994, the liquidator does hereby fix the 10th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
