Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Garden City Salvage (1996) Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of October 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Tarsha Triplow.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 8th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
