Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 3rd day of October 2000 at 5.00 p.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to the solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Shaun Roger Nixon and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators.
