On the 29th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Marmalade Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Jonathan McKellar Dent, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of September 2000.
