Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of P J Cooper Builders Limited (in liquidation) and Glymar Enterprises Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of September 2000 at 11.55 a.m., Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Glymar Enterprises Limited pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
Notice is also given that on the 29th day of September 2000 at 8.38 a.m., Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of P J Cooper Builders Limited pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidations commenced on the dates shown above.
