The above-named insolvent company was placed into liquidation by the Court, upon application of Maurice Baker, under the provisions of the Companies Act 1993.
Ronald Brandon Evans, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Annmore Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on the 3rd day of August 2000 at 12.00 midday by the Court, under the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 16th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
