Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Nocab Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 29th day of September 2000, when the members appointed Norman Kerr Fraser, of Level Three, 103-105 Worcester Street, Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Any inquiries by creditors, shareholders or members may be directed to the liquidator.
