Notice of Appointment of Liquidator of a
Solvent Company
On the 25th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pizza Delivery Company (North Harbour) Limited be liquidated and that Neil Gene Govenlock, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of September 2000.
