Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 28th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sounds Service & Storage Limited be liquidated and that Robert John Marks and Matthew John Kerr, chartered accountants of Wistanley Kerridge, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of September 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 31st day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority that their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
