Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Brian F. Adair, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Fernside Poultry Farm Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of September 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Brian F. Adair, 211 High Street, Rangiora, on telephone (03) 313 6534.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 11th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
