Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 29th day of September 2000, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Paul Owen Jackson, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Datec Systems Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 31st day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
