Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 13th day of September 2000, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that S. J. Mudgway Trailer Fabricators Limited be liquidated and that C. J. Clark, chartered accountant of Miller Gale & Winter, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of September 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 28th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

The company has ceased trading and is considered to be superfluous. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Act, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
The liquidator wishes to point out that Dunlea Products Limited (trading as S. J. Mudgway Trailer Fabricators) is a separate solvent entity and this formal liquidation has no effect on it.
Dunlea Products Limited (trading as S. J. Mudgway Trailer Fabricators) purchased the assets and trading name some time ago and is successfully continuing in business.
