Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 16th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Meatpak Limited be liquidated and that Craig McCorkindale, of Nelson, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of September 2000.
