Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Act 1993, and in the matter of Insurance Restoration (NZ) Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of September 2000 at 11.10 a.m., Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of September 2000 at 11.10 a.m..
