Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kiran Dutt, chartered accountant of McElroy Dutt & Thomson, was appointed liquidator of Matakana Holdings Limited (formerly Aashiayana Limited) on the 20th day of September 2000 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of September 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to me at Level Two, 161 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland, on telephone (09) 630 3808.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 10th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
