Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 18th day of September 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of September 2000 at 12.13 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rozanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
