Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of D K & M A Molyneux Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 22nd day of September 2000, when members appointed Norman Kerr Fraser, of Level Three, 103-105 Worcester Street, Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
