Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

By special resolution of members of the company dated the 20th day of August 1999, the members resolved to place the company into voluntary liquidation and to appoint Richard William Birch, chartered accountant of Masterton, as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced from the date of the resolution and no meeting of creditors has been called.
