Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders and directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Red Square Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Alan McKenzie Larsen, chartered accountant of Larsen
& Associates, be appointed for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of September 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
As liquidator, I determine that no creditors' meeting will be convened as the directors have signed declarations of solvency.
